Sunoco Logistics Eagle Point Phase 1 and 2
Rehabilitation of Docks 1, 2 and 3
Commerce Construction was hired for both phases of the rehabilitation work for Sunoco Logistics at their Eagle Point Facility. The work consisted of a considerable amount of dock demolition and disposals. In addition to the demolition and disposal scope, there were many new construction items that included new fender clusters, new walkways, and new concrete dolphins. The job was completed without any recordable injuries, and was also within budget and on schedule.

Harrah’s Chester Racetrack and Casino
Construction of Relieving Platform for Horse Racing Facility
Commerce Construction, through a Joint Venture with Buckley and Company, was contracted to build a relieving platform over an existing shipway in Chester, PA. The relieving platform doubled as a portion of the proposed harness racing track, now currently in use. The project was completed on schedule, within budget, and without injury.

Conoco Phillips Trainer, PA
Construction of New Ship Dock, Accessway System, Mooring Dolphins, and Boat Lifts
Commerce Construction was hired by Conoco Phillips to demolish their existing ship dock and in turn, construct a new ship dock, approachway, accessway, and a series of mooring dolphins for their Trainer Facility. The demolition and construction of these structures was completed while the refinery maintained their day-to-day operations and the ship dock remained open to petroleum cargo vessels.
