Outfall / Intake Installation Bethlehem, PA - Conectiv Energy

Commerce Construction was contracted to construct outfall and intake lines for Conectiv Energy. Commerce utilized both floating and land based equipment to construct the job. In addition, Commerce divers were integral in installing the pipelines on the river bottom, as well as making all the mechanical connections for the outfall and intake lines.

PECO Eddystone, PA - T Head Screen Repairs

Commerce Construction was contracted to repair 3 stainless steel T Head screens for the PECO Eddystone facility. In addition to sheeting wall repairs, Commerce was tasked with the removal of 3 damaged screens as well as their replacement in kind. Commerce’s divers were essential to the repair and replacement process.

Sunoco Logistics Eagle Point - Pile Encasement Installation

Commerce Construction Corporation installed (12) 30’ pile encasements on Dolphin #12 for Sunoco Logistics at their Eagle Point Refinery. Each encasement included large amounts of steel reinforcement and each jacket was pumped with 5000 PSI grout. Due to its location, Commerce was forced to pump the grout from land, through 1200’ of 5” steel hardline, and into the 30’ pile encasements.
